These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

     

    1. Shipping Costs

    We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders except for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

    An additional shipping fee of US$10 will be applied to orders shipping to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

     

    2. Delivery Terms

    We ship from countries all around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3 business days. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping time.

     

    US Express Shipping

    Generally takes 6-12 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

     

    Canada Express Shipping

    Generally takes 8-15 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

     

    Australia Express Shipping

    Generally takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

     

    New Zealand Express Shipping

    Generally takes 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

     

    UK Express Shipping

    Generally takes 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.

     

    2.3 Dispatch Time

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment of order.

     

    Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

     

    2.4 Change Of Delivery Address

    For change of delivery address requests, we are only able to change the address BEFORE the order has been dispatched.

     

    2.5 P.O. Box Shipping

    PawsRush cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.

     

    2.6 Military Address Shipping

    PawsRush cannot ship to military addresses.

     

    2.7 Items Out Of Stock

    If an item is out of stock, we would cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

     

    2.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

    If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at support@pawsrush.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
